2. Reservations & Bookings
One can book a room by visiting our website or contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings are subject to room availability, and confirmation is provided by Purushottam Niwas. Guests shall provide truthful information when booking a room. At check-in, as required by Indian law, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. The management has the authority to reject or terminate bookings if a safety, policy, or legal issue arises.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out hours must be observed by guests. If early check-in or late check-out is possible, it will be charged extra. Guests should check their booking details before coming.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted through online payment gateways, UPI, or cash (where allowed). Neither our employees nor our authorised service providers come into contact with cardholder data; all payment processing is handled by our authorised service providers. Government taxes and tariffs will be implemented in accordance with official announcements. Booking cancellations can result from unsuccessful or rejected payments.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Customers are informed of the cancellation and refund terms when the booking is made, and these vary depending on the selected plan. Some reservations may be non-refundable or partially refundable. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued unless explicitly specified in the booking terms.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests should always treat employees, other guests, and the property with the utmost consideration. It is strictly forbidden to conduct illegal activities, create disturbances, misuse facilities, or damage property. Guests will be responsible for any damage they cause. Playing music loudly, using forbidden drugs, or engaging in activities in violation of the house rules can result in the guest's expulsion without refund.
7. Use of Facilities
Facilities provided must be handled with care and used only for the purpose for which they were intended. For maintenance or safety reasons, the management has the authority to restrict or temporarily shut down the facilities. If parking is present, the guest is responsible for any incidents that may occur.
8. Privacy & Security
Information about one’s identity collected when booking or at the hotel is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The safety of public areas within the building might be ensured through the use of CCTV cameras.
9. Limitation of Liability
Purushottam Niwas will not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, natural disasters, force majeure events, or service interruptions caused by third parties. Any liability, if it arises, will be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
